Pentagon Freight Services Conference - Madrid April 2009 Nº of pax: 60 This group included Senior International Managers and their partners, combining the Annual Services Conference with a full Spouse program. Following a welcome dinner in the hotel the day of arrival, the managers settled into a full day of meetings while their partners enjoyed a guided visit of Madrid, including a tapas lunch in the city centre. That evening venuesspain.com™ took the group off-site for their gala dinner. The last evening program included a flamenco dinner in one of the most traditional “tablaos” in Madrid. The delegates loved the show and the delicious Spanish food.
