venuesworld.com™ began in Dublin in 2003 as venuesireland.com™, a venue-finding and DMC service for Ireland. Over time John Burke and Chris Nolan developed the brand into the internationally recognized brand it is today.
John F. Burke (co-owner & Director) was born into the hotel business and developed his hotel management career in Ireland, UK and the USA. Returning to Ireland he moved agency side into conference services with Beacon Conference & Incentive and later Platinum One Group. John F. developed the venuesireland.com™ concept, which evolved into venuesworld.com™

Chris Nolan (co-owner & Director) joined forces with John in 2005 to drive the creation and rollout of the brand across Europe.
